At Topologie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your urban exploration, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the product is in its original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
